Photos of Completed Projects

It’s hard to visualize the kind of work we do restoring floors without photos. That’s why we have gathered a bunch of photos from previous projects, so you can see what we do and how we do it. You’ll be able to see that, 1) we can actually do what we say we can, as well as 2) get some inspiration for your own hardwood floor installation or sanding and refinishing project.

We hope you enjoy looking through the photo galleries below…

Somerset Chapel Hardwood Refinishing Project in Bluffton SC

We really enjoyed this project. Which was a good thing because we had to do it TWICE in 2 months. You’ll have to read the full story to find out why. It involves a storm and a door that was left open. This Chapel is in the Montage Palmetto Bluff. A beautiful upscale resort in South Carolina. It’s used for weddings and functions and the results (both times) turned out great...

Reclaimed Barnwood Oak Installation Oldfield Club Okatie

This is another reclaimed 100 plus year old barnwood floor we installed, sanded, stained and refinished. This one is a little more rustic compared to the project at One Hampton Lake above. It was in a brand-new house built in Okatie SC by Full Circle Development. There’s lots of professionally taken photos to look through in this project. Enjoy…

Deep Clean and Recoat of the Belfair Clubhouse in Bluffton SC

This was a HUGE transformation. The Belfair Clubhouse in Bluffton SC had about 5,000 square foot of engineered, hand-scraped flooring that needed restoring. Problem was… you can’t sand these types of floors in the traditional way. To replace them would have cost over $70,000. See how we restored them for a fraction of the cost WITHOUT sanding them…

Restoration of Hardwood Floors at the Montage Palmetto Bluff

We’re back at the Montage Palmetto Bluff. This time we are working in the main buildings, including the reception, guest rooms, main hallways and the Spa. We had to complete this project in a few 72-hour stages, so this gallery is a mix of a few of those different sections as we sand, stain and refinish these beautiful Heart Pine floors. We used our special UV curing equipment on this project…

Sanding and Refinishing at the Telfair Museum in Savannah GA

This was another fun sanding and refinishing project. This time we’re in Savannah Georgia at the Telfair Museum. 10 years of heavy traffic meant these Maple wood floors needed some love. We had to work 24 hours around the clock to get it done in time. We used our dustless sanding system to ensure the museum wasn’t covered in dust and a high-end water based finish, so the guests didn’t pass out from the fumes…
